WRITTEN CONFIRMATION:
Your booking is only binding when you have received our written confirmation.
Pitches can be booked in advance for a minimum stay of 7 nights in the high season (minimum stay in low season is 3 nights). Short stays of less than 7 nights can only be booked at short notice or directly on site.
The bungalows can always be booked from Saturday to Saturday.

DEPOSIT*

Required only for bungalows: Payable within 7 days after confirmation, please make payment in the name of the booking guest in the amount of € 150,00 per bungalow and week by bank transfer or Paypal. The booking and our confirmation are only binding when the fishing rod arrives.

Cancellation conditions according to art. 1382 ital. Civil Code (ZGB)
Notification under Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code (DOC 206/2005):
There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code, but we do grant you the following cancellation conditions.

Extract:

The accommodation contract can be cancelled by the guest by a unilateral written declaration. In the event of cancellation on the part of the guest, the guest is obliged to pay the following graduated fees:

- More than 3 months before arrival date: No cancellation fee
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival date: fixed fee of 40,00 € per pitch, 50,00 € per private bathroom and 70,00 € per bungalow
- 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival date: 40% of the agreed total price
- 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price
- In the last week until 1 day before arrival: 90% of the agreed total price
In case of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival the full accommodation price will be charged.

Every guest may have to make some changes. In order to avoid inconvenience for you and us, we advise you to take out a cancellation insurance at the same time as booking:
