Bergafwaarts door het Vinschgau dal vallei.

Een van de mooiste fietspaden in het hele Alpengebied gaan van de Resiapas door het Vinschgau dal valley helemaal tot aan het Gardameer.

De goed aangegeven en goed onderhouden routes voeren langs wijnstokken en indrukwekkende gletschers en zijn dus ideaal voor echte fietsliefhebbers. Zij volgen de rivier de Etsch, die langs historische en culturele bezienswaardigheden stroomt, helemaal van de Resiapas, voorbij Meran, zuidwaarts naar de stranden van het Gardameer.

Met de nieuwe Vinschgau spoorlijn  kunnen fietsers hun eigen fiets meenemen of er een huren op verschillende stations langs de lijn. Een kaartje voor een dag kost 14 Euro.

Mountain bike fans stay at Naturns and use the village as the starting point for a number of MB tours in the surrounding area. Numerous MB paths follow in the steps of the Transalp-Challenge event as they cross the mountains from one isolated little farm to the next.
The new Naturns cycling and mountain bike map lists routes for cyclists and expert athletes alike and is full of information about distances, altitude above sea-level, gradients and other details for guests' use.
